Rebecca has trained in two different forms of Facial Reflexology.

As with foot reflexology, it is suitable to treat symptoms presented in the acute, chronic or preventative phase.

The unique added benefit of Facial Reflexology is that it leaves clients looking refreshed, rested and with a healthy glow. Additionally, over a series of sessions there may be a reduction in lines and wrinkles and improved health.

What happens during a Facial Reflexology (Bergman Method) Treatment.

Your first appointment will last just over an hour to allow time for a consultation. We will complete a form and discuss any health issues you have and any medication you are taking. This will allow me to check for any contra-indications and to tailor the treatment just for you.

Please note: If you have received Botox or Facial Fillers, you must wait 3 weeks before having a Facial Reflexology treatment.

If you have undergone Face Lift surgery, a treatment cannot go ahead until 3 months after the operation and 6 months if there has been any complications/infection.

You will be invited to make yourself comfortable on the couch, with the option of a cosy blanket. There is no need to remove any clothing but if you wish to open the treatment with a deeper neck and shoulder massage, you can remove your top.

I believe my clients deserve the very best so after a hot towel cleanse I apply the award-winning Zone Face Lift Elixir. This is a premium amethyst crystal-infused elixir which uses sacred herbs to hydrate your skin. It has been shown to reduce fine lines and help you look radiant.

Once the oil is applied, I use a range of massage techniques and apply gentle pressure to the different reflex points on the face. It is an incredibly relaxing treatment and most clients find they go into a meditative state. I close the session with a soothing scalp massage.

After the treatment, I invite you to spend a few minutes relaxing on the couch with a glass of filtered water and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions before you return to the real world.

Afterwards, my clients feel an inner calm and an improved sense of well-being with the added benefit of a glowing complexion.

Facial Reflexology (Bergman Method) is based on the same Zone theory as foot reflexology and forms part of the Zone Face Lift treatment. It is deeply relaxing and can have particular benefits for conditions such as:

Dien Chan Zone or Multi- Reflexology

Dien Chan Zone or Multi- Reflexology originated in Vietnam and has been developed in Italy.

A delicate pointer tool is used to access the 633 nerve points to bring balance in this incredibly relaxing and soothing treatment.

The treatments are adapted to work with specific conditions with the focus very much on self-care. At the end of the session, clients are given a map to help them work on themselves for 21 days as part of the healing process.
