I saw Rebecca for fertility reflexology after suffering several recurrent pregnancy losses. From the first appointment Rebecca was knowledgeable, approachable and sensitive to my situation. After every appointment I always felt super relaxed and recharged on another level! Rebecca worked on different areas depending on where I was in my cycle and she also gave me some pressure points for both my husband and I to work on in between my appointments. After a couple of months of seeing Rebecca I fell pregnant with a successful pregnancy and carried on with my reflexology treatment throughout the pregnancy. I will always be grateful to Rebecca for helping us and believe that the reflexology contributed to us having a successful pregnancy and welcoming our son in January of this year!

Rebecca is fab. Communication when booking was superb, her studio is incredibly relaxing with the light, temperature and music all exactly right. As an acupuncturist I am very familiar with how the movement and freeing of stagnant energy (qi) feels, both in myself and in others. I highly recommend Becky’s Gua Sha Facial Fusion treatment as a very balancing and nourishing experience. It was both profoundly relaxing and profoundly stimulating at the same time …. and reminded me of how I feel when I’ve spent a whole day practising Qi Gong. And whilst I didn’t choose the treatment for its “beauty therapy” qualities I’m told that I look several years younger which is quite a bonus!

I would highly recommend Beckys courses to all new mums! She is super knowledgable and it was such a lovely and relaxing environment in a beautiful work space. I had the Gua Sha facial a couple of weeks ago and I must say it was a wonderful experience. Whilst being a lovely treat, I have also noticed a significant improvement in my skin condition, I feel it is much brighter and almost glowing! I would definitely recommend this treatment and Becky is lovely - I always come away feeling much better than when I went in and being a busy working mum of two its also so lovely to have a little bit of ‘me’ time! I recently experienced the Deluxr Zone Face Lift and it was such a wonderful, calming, relaxing experience. All the senses were catered for, beautiful smells, a lovely warm blanket to keep you cosy and comfortable. I have never had any kind of facial, what a way to begin! It was also my first time experiencing reflexology, which was wonderful. I really enjoyed the added bonus of the foot treatment at the end. I left floating on a cloud.

I visited The Studio for the Zone face lift. Set in the beautiful woods, The Studio immediately offers pure tranquility. Rebecca's assessment of what I wished to achieve from the treatment was thorough, as was her description of each stage and tool used. Starting with the reflexology element left me blisfully relaxed, whilst the crystal's and Gua-sha used for the face lift technique were very spiritual. The Zone face lift was so relaxing, I felt myself drift off to sleep on more than one occasion! Immediately following the treatment my eyes began to water, and as I looked in the mirror I could see an improvement in the appearance under my eyes. The frown line in my forehead appeared less deep, as did the lines either side of my mouth. My skin was glowing and felt soft. Rebecca was able to accurately pin point potential areas attributed to my current health issues from her knowledge of facial reflexology. I spent the rest of the day feeling deeply relaxed, followed by an amazingly deep nights sleep. A day later and the results are really visible. My skin is clearer and brighter and my face really does look lifted. I would thoroughly recommend the Zone face lift to anyone who wants to combine divine relaxation with a non-surgical yet immediate improvement to their face.

As a former secondary school teacher, I’ve seen first hand the effects stress can have on the body, leading to a number of symptoms and disease. I’ve always had an interest in complementary therapies and first gained a reflexology qualification alongside teaching full-time several years ago.
